The Val d'Ultimo is one of the most genuine valleys in South Tyrol, a place where living in and with nature still plays a major role, where hiking and skiing are possible right on your doorstep.
And it is precisely here, not far from our farm, that two allergy-friendly holiday apartments with sauna will be built in 2022.

Apartments
Our 2 new apartments (1 barrier-free) offer space for 2 to 5 people. They are furnished with lots of natural wood from our own forest and equipped with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 kitchen-living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and window, balcony and/or access to the garden. The view of the meadows and mountains at the end of the valley is included.
Everything close by
When you spend your holiday at the masi, you can leave your car at home, because everything is within walking distance: the lake, many hiking trails, a restaurant with pizzeria, a small grocery shop, access to the Schwemmalm ski and hiking area and in winter the ice skating rink, the cross-country ski trail and the Schwemmy Kinderland.
