DEPOSIT & BOOKING

The booking becomes binding with the written booking confirmation and a deposit of 25% of the total price.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

You can arrive from 3.00 pm. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us.

 

CHILDREN & ADDITIONAL PEOPLE

Our prices are for 2 people per night. For children and additional people, we charge as follows:

0 to 1 year: free of charge

1 to 14 years: 8 Euro/night

From 14 years: 15 Euro/night

 

PAYMENT & MINIMUM STAY

Our minimum stay is 4 days in high season and 3 days in low season. You can pay us in cash, by debit card, credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or by bank transfer (a few days before departure). In addition, the current local tax is charged per night and day.

 

BREAD SERVICE & BREAKFAST

On request we bring fresh bread from the bakery to your apartment, or you can have breakfast in the cafés about 500 metres away.

 

ULTENTALCARD

On your arrival you will receive the UltentalCard free of charge. This advantage card includes:

-1x round trip on the Schwemmalm cable car
-1x round trip on the Breiteben chair lift
-Free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol

-Hiking bus Fontana Bianca
-Free access to the Val d‘Ultimo cross-country ski trail
-Free access to the Pracupola ice rink
-Free access to the municipal swimming pool in Ultimo
-Free access to the climbing hall "sticklä" in st. Pankraz

- 10 % discount on the "Rentandgo Ulten" bike, e-bike and ski rental service centre

- 10 % discount on the "Ski Rental Ultental”

 

PETS

To protect people suffering allergies, we unfortunately do not allow pets in our house. We ask for your comprehension.

 

SHOPPING NEARBY

In the village centre of Pracupola (500 metres away) you will find a grocery shop.

Two minutes walk away, at the valley station of the cable car, there is a small farm shop "sea.wies". There you will also find an ATM and the tourist office. About 500 metres away is the "Zum Oberen Hof" organic herb garden and about 1 kilometre away from the apartments masi is the "Bergauf" wool mill.

In Santa Valburga (5 minutes by car or bus) you can find several grocery shops, a butcher's shop and a tobacconist, as well as a bank, a pharmacy and the doctor's outpatient clinic. We can also recommend the farm shop "Wegleit" and the shop with wooden products from the Val d’Ultimo and special gift articles "huamet".

 

RESTAURANTS & BARS

500 metres from the apartments masi you can enjoy warm cuisine all day long. The restaurant with pizzeria "Kuppelwies" is open daily. 140 metres away, at the valley station of the Schwemmalm cable car, two bars/cafés await you: "sea.wies" and "M13". You will find more bars and restaurants in Santa Valburga (5 minutes away by car).

 

TRANSPORTATION

The nearest bus stop is only a few metres away from the apartments masi and many other things are close by. So, you are welcome to leave your car at the masi during your holiday.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot arrive for unforeseen reasons, this is our cancellation policy:

29 - 15 days before arrival: 30 % of the total price

14 - 7 days before arrival: 50 % of the total price

7 - 1 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price.

 

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded as a booking guarantee. In case of early departure, the complete booking period will be charged. It is best to insure yourself with the European Travel Cancellation Insurance. Cancellation due to Covid-19 will be adjusted individually - feel free to ask for it.

 

FINAL CLEANING

The final cleaning is included in the price. Intermediate cleaning is available on request for a fee.
